More Cooking with Alicia

Alicia here. So it's been fun cooking Caribbean style with local ingredients. Here are a few more things that I have made:

Caribbean Gazpacho ...
I think the only thing that make's it "Caribbean" is the avocado and lime in it ... in any case, it was great for lunches. The avocados here are huge!


Next up ... West Indian Curried Chicken with Ginger and fried plaintains ... Nonna's green beans go with anything!
