Ken and Ari

Ken is the chef/cook at Jack's and the influence for green boleys
Ari is the server, bartender who describes his margaritas, as " the best in the west!"

As this is off season, they have a lot of time on their hands - that changes dramatically come December. What also changes is the owners bring in chefs from Sweden to cook swedish food.. on the island!?
