Baby Car

The folks that we are sitting for have a second vehicle -- a Smart Car -- which is, quite simply, a very small car - a "baby car"

They use it around DC since, as we found out, because parking can be a real PITA ... and the Smart Car fits into all the left over spaces or holes between larger cars. It actually can be a benefit in Georgetown due to very tight parking  - a lot like Beacon Hill. (Urban combat parking)

Well, we finally decided to drive this "scooter" ( it would likely fit into the back cargo area of the Suburban). It didn't feel all that small, but then again,  the rear wheels were only 6" behind me.

Here's the adventure to go to the local butcher.

Oh, and I can get special permit parking for energy efficient cars where available.

It is actually roomy.

Will the groceries fit?

How long is it?
