U-turn -- are you kidding me?

We came into the town of Philipsburg MT, a trendy one-street town that is actually a happening place.  Rather interesting. Restaurants, massage parlors, brewpub, hotel, art galleries, gift shop -- all withing about 200 yards.

They do not want you to leave, and offer you a lot of incentive to stay.

Make you U-turn here... the only thing it did not say was "stay a while"

Where else would you see a sign that suggests a LEGAL U-turn? They even do not allow parking nearby so that you can easily make the U-turn
